1) Definitions
- Platform: The MYSTRIBUTION website, dashboards, players, APIs, and tools.
- Artist: The invited account holder using the Platform.
- Content: Audio, artwork, metadata, lyrics, visuals, and materials uploaded.
- Partners: Digital music services selected for distribution.
- Payouts: Earnings allocated after partner reports and adjustments.
2) Eligibility & Invitation
- Access is invitation-based.
- Invitations are granted to artists aligned with the platform’s creative and human-centered vision.
- You must be legally able to enter agreements.
3) Accounts & Security
- You provide accurate information and maintain account security.
- You are responsible for all actions under your account.
- Payment and tax info must be updated when required.
4) Rights You Grant
- You grant MYSTRIBUTION a worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive license to deliver, store, and process your releases.
- We may store/transcode audio and artwork to deliver to selected partners.
- We may generate identifiers such as ISRC/UPC when needed.
5) Content Responsibilities
- You upload only content you fully own or control.
- You provide accurate metadata, credits, languages, and warnings.
- You respect quality and formatting standards required by partners.
6) Distribution
- MYSTRIBUTION delivers releases to selected partners.
- Partners determine timelines, visibility, and acceptance.
- Quality checks and fraud prevention may apply to protect the ecosystem.
- Withdrawals and corrections follow each partner’s timelines.
7) Payments & Taxes
- Earnings reflect partner reports and may include adjustments.
- Payout thresholds and methods are shown within the artist dashboard.
- You are responsible for your tax obligations.
- Balances may be held during disputes or internal reviews.
8) Reporting & Analytics
Statistics reflect partner-provided metrics and may be updated as partners revise their reports.
9) Intellectual Property
- Your content remains yours. MYSTRIBUTION only holds operational rights.
- You ensure third-party images, names, samples, and elements are cleared.
- MYSTRIBUTION branding remains exclusive to the platform.
10) Copyright & DMCA
- DMCA notices follow applicable law.
- Instructions and forms are available on the DMCA page.
- Counter-notices may be submitted when legally allowed.
11) Suspension & Conclusion
- You may request takedowns of future releases.
- MYSTRIBUTION may restrict features, pause content, or close accounts in case of violations or legal risks.
12) Warranties & Liability
- The service evolves continuously, improving security and stability.
- Third-party infrastructures may impact availability.
- Issues are handled first through corrections, re-processing, or equivalent solutions.
13) Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of Costa Rica. Courts of Costa Rica serve as the primary venue for disputes.
14) Changes
Terms may be updated. Significant updates may include in-service notifications.
